Sometimes she's like a fashion model because of her hair. And she has dark brown eyes, her eye color is like the wet soil on the ground.

History:Billie is the daughter of Joseph Jenkins and Fae Jenkins, she has one sister named Christie, One day, her parents died because of demons, so they mourn them and burried them peacefully, with their other relatives behind them so they can lean on to, when they cry. But one day her sister was taken by a demon, and the demon took Christie to a place far away from her sister and other family, so Billie tought that the demons are after them (note: the demon took her sister when they were still a child) until she grew up and worked on a company, she met three girls named Piper,Phoebe,Paige Haliwell, which are the Charmed Ones.

Until they became friends and live together in the Haliwell Manor, they tought Billie how to be a good witch after she discovered the Book of Shadows at the Attic, so that time she knew that they are witches and fighting demons, so Billie rememberred that a demon took her sister when they were still a child, so she knew and joined the Charmed Ones to fight the demons and get revenge form them as well.

So many years past and days, One day she met a girl which she doesn't know that the girl Christie was her sister, she didn't know that the girl was her sister because its their child time when the demon took her sister at thier house. so many days past she knew that the girl was Christie, her sister, so because her sister lived in a cage and got escape form the demon they taught Christie how to act a normal in the way of mortals because they are in the mortal world. They taught and taught Christie until she became neat and delicate and knew what's the use of things in San Franscisco, but they don't know that the girl they taught how to act as a normal person, will be the girl who will fight to the Charmed Ones, so one day the sisters Billie and Christie had their relationship as sisters blurry, many things are messed up so they fought until dumain a demon took Christie and said that when they fight the charmed ones, and if they win, they will have great power, so Christie agreed , until she manipulates her own sister with dumain on her side. Billie was fooled by Christie so she joined forces to the demons and her sister a witch.

So they planned things to kill the Charmed ones but they don't know that the Charmed Ones knew that the Ultimate Power was Billie and Christie, so until the battle of witches begun, they used the Hollow, and the other witches Paige,Phoebe and Christie didn't made it, only Piper and Billie made it. so Piper goes back to the past as well as Billie, they goes back to the past to make things good and not let the other witches die. So they succeeded on their goal and the other witches are alive that time, so until Billie knew that Dumain and her sister was only manipulating and fooling her, so she became good again and joined the Charmed Ones, until Christie got mad and angry because of Billiie and she was about to kill Billie, but Billie killed her first before her sister kill her, until Christie died, and so they clear things up and knew that she should teach he subject Magical Ethics at Magic School.

SAMPLE WRITING:Billie walked to the guest room at the Haliwell Manor to see if Piper and the others are awake, but only she saw is Paige preparing the breakfast and cooking, she talked to Paige, and said, ''Hey Paige !, Good Morning!, is Piper and Phoebe are awake ? '', she asked, Paige said, ''umm, i don' know, well you will knew it when you hear Phoebe's voice getting ready for her date today'' they laughed, and Billie helped Paige, Until Ppier woke up and goes down, and looking for Billie, she said, ''Billie ? where are you'', she knew that Billie is already awake because she always wake up at 7:00 am, so Billie answered, '' Yes Piper'' she said, and Piper said ''Are you ready now to go to the P3 ? ''she asked, while she's going to go to the kitchen.

They all go to their own jobs and Phoebe is already awake, and she goes to her company of news, as well as Paige. And Piper and Billie are going to the P3 to get things there fixed up and and get started to their works there.
