Note: The times of some of thing is off from how it would have been with the show to make room for them all to go to high school together. Also, from the story that was told, Phoebe's youngest children were not twins like Paige's but for the sake of the time line I made them so. Last, for time line purposes, the Ultimate Battle and the last season of Charmed occurred one year early, in 2005 instead of 2006.

After the ultimate battle was fought in "Forever Charmed", demon fighting was less of an urgency from then on. Though of course, they never stopped coming or being fought, just the biggest evil ever had been stopped.

Many things came to pass such as the birth of Prudence Melinda Halliwell, known as Melinda, born to Piper and Leo at the end of the same year as the Ultimate Battle, 2005.

That same year, Phoebe and Coop had a daughter; Phoenix Halliwell. As well as Paige and Henry having their son; Henry Jr.

The next year, Phoebe and Coop had their eldest twin daughters; Pride and Prism. Henry and Paige had their youngest, twins, Pandora and Patricia (named after the Charmed One's mother). Billie, fresh out of college, reeling from killing her own sister still, actually became pregnant by a one night stand and later in the year gave birth to a daughter that she named Christy.

Piper and Leo are still together. Piper owns a restaurant along with P3 and teaches Living Non-Magical once a day and Leo works at Magic School as a teacher. Phoebe and Coop are together. Coop doing his "Cupid" thing as well as helping out as a teacher of Chronokinesis at Magic School and Phoebe at the newspaper some of the time, writing books about love and teaching the Magic School class of Empathy. Paige and Henry are together as well. Henry still does his parole job and helps balance out the "mortal" side of the family while Paige works at Magic School on Telekinetic Orbing and Glamour and devotes the rest of her time to being a whitelighter to witches coming into their powers while setting them on the true path of good. Billie, still struggling after all these years with killing Christy, does the best she can raising Christy, her daughter on her own with the help of the Charmed Ones, and hopes she can one day find love and find forgiveness within herself for what she did. She also teaches a class on Magical Ethics, having learned from the best (The Charmed Ones) and the hard way.
