History: Phoebe grew up in the manor with her Mother Patty, her grandmother and her sisters Piper and Prue. After her mother died, she became a bit of a wild child, shoplifting and just being a pain in her grandmother's behind.
After her grandmother had a heart attack and passed away, Phoebe left the family home and headed back to NY to find her father. She didn't find him back there but did have a good time living in the city.
After about 6 months, Phoebe came back home to her sister Prue's displeasure and discovered the book of shadows the first night home. Upon reading an incantation in the book, discovered that not only did she have powers, but that her sisters did as well.
Two years after returning home, Phoebe met and fell in love with Assistant DA Cole Turner who happened to be half demon. She married him but unfortunately shortly after had to vanquish him and their unborn child. Phoebe tried finding love again with various men but none seemed to be able to break down the wall around her heart.
Until she met Coop. She fell for him but saw the pain her sister Piper went through with her own magical marriage and was afraid to trust her heart once more. SAMPLE WRITING:Phoebe sat at her desk in Magic school and rubbed her eyes. It was 2am and she was exhausted. Finals week was always a mess and this year was no different.
Sitting back in her chair, she closed her eyes and sighed. "Finally, done with the exam grading." she said out loud glad that she was alone.
"That's good." A voice said behind her as she felt hands gently cup her shoulders.
Phoebe jumped up and turned quickly moving into fighting stance when she suddenly sighed and glared at her husband. "You know better then to sneak up on me like that Coop." She said crossing her arms over her chest.
Coop smiled and leaned back against the wall chuckling. "Sorry, you looked so engrossed in what you were doing. I thought you could use a breather."
Phoebe smiled and moved towards him, then leaned against his chest as he opened his arms to her. "I hate final's week." She said with a sigh as she rested her head against his chest. "Can we go home now?"
Coop chuckled as he looked down at the woman he loved more then anything in the world. "Your wish is my command." With a thought, he took them from her office to their bedroom. Lifting Phoebe in his arms, he laid her down on the queen sized bed smiling as he saw she was fast asleep.
