Personality: Paige is probably the biggest quirk you will ever meet. Being ever so carefree and slightly bigheaded must be fun. She brings most of the humour into the Halliwell household and she takes big pride for that! Though Paige may not be the most mature person you will ever meet, she is hardly like a child. She takes big responsibility when she has to and she tends to act a little more mature around her charges and kids. She is hardly the smartest person you will ever meet, though it seems like in the future she becomes smarter and smarter since future Wyatt did mention that she gave him some really good advice that hardly she could believe that she had given him. She has inherited the Halliwell stubborness and if she has settled on something thats the way its gonna be. She does not like being scared since she tends to orb when she is scared. She is not one to pass out on personal gain, though she has never used it to the level that she got her powers stripped from her like Phoebe. She absolutely loves her sisters and she loves spending time with them since she is trying to catch up on the time she didn't have with them. One of her biggest sorrows in life were that she never had the chance to meet Prue, and now when she has she finds alot of similarites between them.

History: Paige Matthews is the fourth child of Patricia Halliwell, a good witch who lived in San Francisco. Unlike the first three daughters Patty had with her husband Victor Bennett, Paige was fathered by Patty's guardian angel, a whitelighter named Sam Wilder. Victor had left Patty and their children and never knew of Paige. On August 2, 1977 Patty and Sam left the newborn baby to a nun, Sister Agnes, at a local church, fearing repercussions if the forbidden affair between a witch and a Whitelighter was ever discovered. They left the baby with a blanket and asked that her name start with a P, like all women of her immediate family.

The baby was named Paige, and adopted by the Matthews family. In her teen years, Paige was rebellious; staying out all night, partying with friends, skipping classes, talking back to her parents. One day, the three of them were in the car driving home, when they were involved in a car crash. Her adopted parents died, but she unknowingly saved herself from that accident by orbing out of the car. Not knowing what happened or how she survived, Paige took it hard and did a huge turn around. She stopped drinking and started to do well in school.
After graduating high school, she got into Berkeley due to good test scores and a strong essay on the death of her parents. When she finished college, she started working for South Bay Social Services, helping the poor, the disabled, and the elderly. A few years later, Paige attempted to track down her real family. She went to the police and learned of the church at which she was left, checked around and suspected she was related to the Halliwell sisters, but somehow never approached them about it, being that their mother had died.

SAMPLE WRITING:Paige walked into the kitchen and yawned before going over to the counter to get a cup of diesel before Prue has the chance to drink up the entire pot. Suddendly her cell-phone goes off and she lets out a sigh before hurrying over to it and answering::

"Paige Mitchell? Oh, hi Mr. Cowan. Sure thing, I will have it to you straight away."

Then she shuts off her cellphone and to her defeat she realises that she wont have any time to drink some coffee becouse she has to get to work. How Mr.Cowan had agreed to let her back on was sometimes a mystery to Paige. She jogged over to the living room couch and found the papers she was going to give Mr.Cowan, with a dissaproving look she looked at the coffee stain that was on it. Oh well
